Robinson Oaks is a neighborhood in the city of Denton, Texas. It was developed by JSB Development Corporation and consists of 307 single-family homes on lots ranging from one-quarter to two acres in size.
The subdivision includes 288 units that are considered affordable for low-income families with an income not exceeding 80% of local median income (AMI). Robinson Oaks offers residents handicap accessible sidewalks throughout the community, playgrounds, and picnic areas available for public use. There is also plenty of space for recreation including biking trails designated as “off-road” trails which lead into the nearby White Rock Creek Park system.
