Annual events include but are not limited to the following:
-Bicycle Tour of Homes
Starts in January and lasts until February, every Saturday (except for Martin Luther King Day)
-Bradenton Palmetto bike race
A new event that is planned on being an annual tradition. It starts from 80th street at East Drive and goes all the way down 20th street before coming back up East Drive to its start point. This year it will be held on March 27th. Registration begins next week!
-Parks Department Promotions/Events Calendar Catch a glimpse of upcoming activities such as Spring Fling, Earth Day Festival, Halloween Trick or Treat Trail, and more.
-Bradenton Art Crawl
A monthly event that takes place downtown on the first Saturday of every month, showcasing art galleries and artist studios
-Summer Concerts at Rayjus Gardens Park
The summer concert series is a new annual event in South Bradenton FL this year! It will be held once a week from June until September (July 13th – September 30th) starting with The Talented Mr. Bolek + Anna Lao Duo special performance at the Parks & Recreation Department offices located inside City Hall for National Bring Your Child to Work Day.
-Halloween Haunted House at Jack McKechnie Park
This event is an annual tradition for the Parks Department and happens every year on October 19th! Registration begins in September, but it will be worth the wait as you walk through this haunted house with a guide (or by yourself)! This event has been sold out before in previous years so consider registering early if you would like to join us on one of these spooky nights.
