-Mardi Gras Parade at Northwoods Mall on March 18th, 2019 (this will be for children)
-The 43rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt,”This year we are excited to announce that three eggs per child from each age group will have an assortment of prizes inside which includes goodies and toys!” announced by the City’s Parks & Recreation Department via their Facebook page on April 15th, 2019. On Saturday morning April 20th starting at 11 am you can come out and join this event! The egg hunt is also open to kids aged 12 months or older who get one prize every five eggs.
-McLellan Park to Host the Annual Sarasota Bike Rodeo on Saturday, May 11th 2019
-“The event will include a bicycle safety course for children and their parents or guardians followed by family bike rides around the neighborhood.” said via City of Sarasota’s Facebook page on April 29th, 2019. This is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss! The registration fee includes all supplies needed for this event. Registration can be done at McLellan park anytime before Sunday, May 12th from 12:00pm – 05:00pm and costs $20 per child with adults free of charge!”
