*Easton Day – A day-long festival of fun and games in one of Ohio’s oldest neighborhoods. Easton might be the only other neighborhood date back to before 1800 besides German Village, but it is not as well known for its historic significance like German Village. Instead, this heavily residential area has a focus on community events that bring neighbors together with friends and families.*
The annual event includes classic carnival games, horse-drawn carriage rides through scenic downtown Columbus streets lined with Victorian homes and pedestrian friendly shopping districts.
There will also be local food vendors showcasing cuisine from around the world . The festivities continue at night when participants can partake in a variety of live musical performances featuring jazz bands, country musicians, Latin rockers and more.
