There are many annual events in Deer Hollow, a neighborhood in San Antonio TX. To name just a few, there is the Deer Hollow Home Tour and Gala, which has been held for over 20 years.
The event showcases homes from across the community that are decorated with period pieces of furniture as well as many different types of antiques. This year’s gala will take place on Saturday November 11th at Stinson House (6601 Longvue).
There is also an annual Christmas Parade through the streets of Old Town Hill Country Village Shopping District where Santa rides his sleigh down Houston Street while children await him to hand out candy canes or hot chocolate!
Another event worth mentioning is the Cinco De Mayo Festival, which happens every year near Memorial Day. There are many arts and crafts, as well as authentic Mexican food.
