There are many annual events that take place in Central Arlington during the year. The following is a list of some of the most popular ones:
-The Texas Rangers Opening Day Parade and Celebration, which takes place every April when it’s time for baseball season to start up again
-Arlington Arts Festival, taking place annually on Memorial Day weekend at Will Rogers Park
-Eagle Fest – A festival where people come together to celebrate America’s National Symbol through music, food vendors, children’s activities and more! This event is held annually in September.
Annual Events That Take Place all Year Long:
-Friday Night Jazz Concert Series (every Friday night from May thru October)
-Arlington Farmers Market (every Saturday morning from April thru November)
-Thursday Night Live Concert Series (every Thursday night from May thru September)
-Friday After Hours Concerts at Texas Ranger’s Globe Life Park in Arlington (from June through August every Friday evening). This event includes food, drinks and live music. On July 21st the concert will include fireworks!
